The raw material can be the pure copper rod produced by upward continuous casting machine, and also can be the copper alloy. If the surface of copper rods is clean, the cleaning system is not necessary. Firstly, the pay-off stand sends the wire or rod to straightener; Then the wire or rod is sent to continuous extrusion host machine; After extrusion, the wire or rod becomes strips or other required products. They go through Anti-oxidation cooling system and are rolled by spooling machine or cut by other equipment.
